Are full transcripts of videos available?

If a terrorist or rebel group releases an English-language transcript or IntelCenter is able to translate or obtain a translation of the audio or video release, it is added to the Video Component for search purposes only. The full transcript is made available to read in the Threat Component along with all other communications made by the group that are available in English.

IntelCenter will also include any alternate language versions of the video with subtitles or voiceovers in the Video Component and these can be searched by language. Alternate version produced directly by the original group as well as support groups are included.

IntelCenter can also provide translation services as well as integration of the ICD into machine translation solutions for an additional fee.
