If you forgot your password to the ICD and you are an individual subscriber, you can request to have your password reset by clicking here. Please make sure to send the request from the email account associated with your subscription.
A new temporary password will be emailed to you. When you log into the ICD with the temporary password, you will be given your actual password. Please make sure to right this down.
