Video shows "new release, available soon" and will not play.

If you see a message saying "new release, available soon", this means the video is still being processed and that it should be available to stream shortly. IntelCenter creates new video entries quickly so they often appear before the video is ready for streaming. If this is the case with a video you need to view, please submit a ticket and we can expedite the loading of that video for you. You can do so by clicking here.
